Do I need to book classes in advance?
We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for popular classes like HIIT and Spin. However, walk-ins are welcome if spots are available.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
All our classes welcome beginners! Look for “All Levels” or “Beginner” classes, and let your instructor know it's your first time - they'll provide modifications.
Are classes included with all memberships?
Yes! Unlimited group classes are included with all membership tiers at no extra cost.
