Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year at no additional cost. Simply notify us 7 days in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees for members who have been with us for over 3 months.
Are there student or senior discounts?
Yes! Students and seniors (65+) receive 15% off any membership tier with valid ID.
